Tri-Cities Plan 2045, will guide our region’s transportation programs, projects, and policies over the next 20 years.
Plan 2045 will include transit, highways, bicycles, and pedestrians. Plan 2045 is intended to identify major long term needs and find realistic ways to address those needs to improve safety, economic vitality, and quality of life within the region.
