The Tri-Cities Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is requesting public comments regarding its Draft FY22-27 Regional Surface Transportation Program(RSTP)/Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Allocation Plan. The Draft FY22-27 RSTP/CMAQ Allocation Plan is a set of tables showing the proposed schedule, estimates, and draft allocations for projects selected or recommended for RSTP or CMAQ funding by the Tri-Cities Area MPO.
