Maggie Walker Community Land Trust
Chesterfield, VA
Completed in Fall of 2025, Virginia’s first community land trust sub-division consists of 10 single-family homes, which are kept permanently affordable by virtue of land leases with the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust
High Street Apartments
Southside Community Development and Housing Corporation
Petersburg, VA
Scheduled to be complete in early 2026, the 12 unit affordable apartment building will provide tenants access to SCDHC’s Financial Opportunity Center.
Bermuda Estates
project:HOMES
Chesterfield, VA
In 2020, project:HOMES acquired the 50-unit mobile home park, and has gradually been replacing the units with high-quality, high-efficiency manufactured homes. Residents also have access to a brand-new community center, and the main drive was renovated to access for a new school bus stop.
The Pines at Wilcox Neck
Habitat for Humanity of the Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg
Charles City, VA
Completed in 2024, The Pines at Wilcox Neck consists of four affordable sing-family homes, which included children’s play-houses built by volunteers as well!
