Crater Commission

All Full Commission meetings are open to the public.

All meetings fall on the 2nd Thursday of each month with the exception of February and June (which fall on the 4th Thursday). Meeting are general help in the board conference room and the commissions office.

Full Commission meetings are held in February, June, and October, Executive Committee meetings are held all other months, with no meetings during the months of July and December.

Meeting time is 6:00 p.m.

Meeting schedules may vary dates may be changed due to special accommodations, or meetings may be canceled because there is no new business to transact.

Crater Environmental Group 

Meeting Information

The Crater PDC Environmental Working Group holds regular meetings 4-5 times per year.

Meetings are usually on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month from 10 a.m. -12 p.m.

Policy Committee

All MPO meetings are open to the public.

The Policy Committee MPO usually meets on the second Thursday of each month at 4:30 PM at in PAT’s second floor meeting room (100 West Washington Street, Petersburg).

Meetings dates may be changed to accommodate the requirements of partner agencies (VDOT or VDRPT), and meetings may be canceled because there is no business to transact

Technical Advisory Committee

The committee usually meets on the first Friday  of each month at 10 AM in the meeting room of the Colonial Heights Public Library (1000 Yacht Basin Drive Colonial Heights).

Meetings dates may be changed to accommodate the requirements of partner agencies (VDOT or VDRPT), or canceled because there is no business to transact

Contact the Crater Planning District Commission staff at 804-861-1666 or rsvejkovsky@craterpdc.org in advance of a scheduled meeting to confirm meeting date, time, location and provision needed for participation during the citizen information portion of the meeting. Citizen comments on any item related to transportation planning are welcomed.
