Federal WOSB/EDWOSB goes from self to formal certification on Oct 15, 2020

SBA will start accepting applications for WOSB/EDWOSB formal certification on July 15th. Formal certification will be required to bid on WOSB/EDWOSB set asides effective October 15th.
